Production
To meet the needs of the companies of CTB HOLDINGS, as well as external clients, the CTB KARJERI plant produces high-quality aggregates for unbound and hydraulically bound mixtures for construction and road construction, bitumen, and surface dressings for roads, airfields, and other traffic areas, as well as for the production of ready-mixed concrete and concrete products.
Quality and compliance with standards
In order for us to be able to use the materials extracted by CTB KARJERI in road and other construction works, we have implemented the relevant quality standards and production processes and have obtained certification that confirms the compliance of our work and materials with EU standards.
The production process is monitored by Bureau Veritas Latvia, which is authorised to issue quality certificates.
Specialists
The task of our specialists is to ensure that all the work and processes performed proceed in accordance with the relevant standards, therefore one of the most important elements of CTB KARJERI SIA is its specialists. Our team is made up of experienced specialists who are well versed in quality standards and are able to implement the assigned projects with high precision.
Quality management
The plant holds a No. 1697-CPR-21/084 production process control certificate, issued by Bureau Veritas Latvia SIA, certifying that the bituminous mixtures produced by the plant for use in roads, airfields and other traffic areas comply with the regulatory requirements regarding their operational properties.
